NF ring

The ring is pristine; however, it is size 12 and I need a 14. I have the original ring and packaging.
I have replied and was informed that a Size 14 was not in stock and would have to be ordered. No mention of how to move fwd.
I replied back and stated that I would wait for them to obtain a size 14 ring. I also mentioned again that I could send back the original ring, just needed directions and an address to send the original nondefective ring back to for a credit while waiting for the size 14 ring
No reply as of yet. Still waiting.
