I got the bracelet two months ago. It’s beautiful. It’s exactly what I wanted today. One end became loose and later in the day the bracelet fell off. The clash broke. One of the little pins fell out. I’ve since taken pictures and emailed the company hope to hear from them tomorrow, Monday.
