Mens Two tone Blue Stainless Steel U Link Chain Necklace

The necklace is visually pleasing, though the first two times I wore it, the links in the middle of the chain unlinked and I had to spend a handful of time trying to reconnect them each occurrence. No reply back from the customer service team after asking about a replacement or return.
