Returns And Exchanges
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot process any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs and return shipping costs re not refundable if item is as described and has no defects.
We will refund shipping costs if an error from our part was made.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To process a refund, ship the item(s) back to us at 261 west 35th St. Suite 805, New York, NY, 10001 with the receipt and a note stating you would like a refund and we will have that done for you asap!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have refunded your order.
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the refund email, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still haven’t received a refund please contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to replace a item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
