Returns And Exchanges
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot process any refunds.
Shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable if the item is as described and has no defects.
We will refund shipping costs if an error from our part was made.
To process a refund, ship the item(s) back to us at 260 west 39th Street, Suite 1402, New York, NY, 10018 with your order number.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have refunded your order.

After the 30 day return period has passed we replace items within one year if they are defective.
If you need to replace an item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
